Fast Photo Editing provides professional image editing services including background removal, retouching, color correction, masking, resizing, and other post-production tasks for personal or commercial use.

2. File Submission & Ownership

• You confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use and edit any images you submit.

• You retain full ownership of your original files. We do not claim any rights to your content.

• We will never use, publish, or share your files for marketing or any other purpose without your written permission.

3. Turnaround Time

• Standard delivery time is typically within 24–48 hours, depending on the project size and complexity.

• Express delivery (e.g., 3–6 hours) is available upon request and subject to additional charges.

• Delays due to incomplete instructions, unclear files, or file transfer issues are not the responsibility of Fast Photo Editing.

  
  

4. Payment Terms

• Pricing is agreed upon before the project starts.

• Payment can be made via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer.

• For new clients, we may require full or partial payment upfront.

• We reserve the right to pause or stop services if payment is delayed.

  
  

5. Revisions

• We offer free revisions if the output does not meet the agreed-upon instructions.

• Revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Revisions do not include new requests or changes to the original instructions.

  
  

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds are considered only if:
  – You cancel before we start the editing process, or
  – We fail to deliver as per agreed instructions and are unable to correct the issue.

• Refunds are not available once final files have been approved or used.

  
  

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

• We respect your privacy. All files and client information are handled with complete confidentiality.

• We’re happy to sign an NDA upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fast Photo Editing is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage resulting from delays, technical issues, or misuse of our services.

• Any indirect or incidental damages resulting from use of the edited images.

9. Usage of Edited Images

• Once delivered and paid, the final edited images are yours to use.
